Lead Time
  • Standard: 3-4 weeks. Allow 4-5 weeks for special order fabrics and customizations.
  • QuickShip: 5 days on select fabrics, quantities and options. Call for current availability. All QuickShip orders will be charged an additional 5% of the cost of the product.
Shipping
  • Shipping Terms: Orders of less than 20 chairs are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. FOB: Ceres CA.
  • Shipping Charges: Call for quote.
  • Parts: Call for applicable shipping charges.
  • Contact us for quotes on other shipping/freight charges via other means, at greater product quantities, and to other destinations.
Warranty

Limited Lifetime warranty on SomaComfort, SomaForm, and SomaTables. For details see information sheet attached to our products.

Returns

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you determine the standard Soma product you purchase does not work for you, you may return it to us within 15 days. We will refund you the total cost of the product less shipping. On custom chairs, a 25% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Merchandise may only be returned with prior consent from the factory and sent freight prepaid with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call the Customer Service department with the invoice number, date of shipment, shipping location and reason for return to acquire an RMA number for all returns. Returns will be refused without an RMA number. Special order and custom items may not be returned for credit. After 15 days, all return merchandise is subject to 25% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection and repackaging charges. No merchandise is accepted for return after 60 days from the date of invoice.

All prices are list prices. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include return shipping.

Terms

For new customer and customers without approved credit, all orders must be prepaid via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. For customers with approved credit, the terms of payment of the balance are clearly indicated on the invoice. All non-credit card orders must be accompanied with a signed purchase order. Soma Ergonomics, Inc. resets the right to request minimum deposits of up to 100% of the purchase price to process orders. Soma Ergonomics, Inc. reserves the right to withhold shipment or production of customer's orders until approval by Soma Ergonomics, Inc. credit department. A late payment charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on all invoices not paid within terms. Client is also liable for reasonable collection charges and attorney's fees.
